INDEPENDENT.NG – Port Harcourt Agog As Dubai Tourism, 30 Companies Hit Nigeria For Road Show

The city of Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers State has been a beehive of business events when more that 30 companies hit the oil city for a road show that is aimed at adding value to the Rivers state tourism development.

That is why the Rivers State government and Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) are presently seeking ways to expand the in-bound and out-bound sections of the tourism sector.

Speaking to journalists at a roadshow organized by Dubai Tourism in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, the Director-General of the Rivers State Tourism Development Agency (RSTDA), Yibo Koko, said there was also the need to promote domestic tourism.
