CAPITALRADIO.CO.UG – Dubai City Continues to Attract More Tourists from Uganda
With more than 12,000 restaurants, over 750 hotels, and hundreds of attractions, Dubai remains the number one tourist destination in the world for Ugandans and other African countries.
Stella Obinwa the Regional Director of International Operations at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism said, there is a large Ugandan community in Dubai, because of the constant improvement of hospitality, attractions, service, and price points.
“When you get to Dubai, you’ll see that Dubai has everything for every type of traveler, for families, couples, friends, groups, business, or leisure. Dubai is a city you can visit two to three times per year and never do the same thing or stay at the same place twice. Each visit to Dubai is new for you,” Obinwa averred.
She said everyone should visit Dubai to experience the landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, The Palm, Burj Al Arab, and many more fun or historic icons.
According to her “the variety that Dubai offers is better than elsewhere – for example, we are a city and a beach destination and we have desert safaris”.
